Eye Candle Experience – Rules & Regulations

Welcome! We’re excited to guide you through your candle-making journey. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a safe, fun, and memorable experience for everyone.

Age Requirements & Supervision

• Workshops are open to ages 5 and up

• A parent or guardian must accompany children under 13 throughout the class

• We do not provide childcare or babysitting services

• All minors (under 18) must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian before participating

Waivers

• All participants must sign a waiver before the experience begins

• Waivers for minors must be signed by a parent or legal guardian

• Waivers are available online or can be signed upon arrival

Workshop Guidelines

• Each attendee must purchase a ticket to enter the workshop area — no exceptions

• Due to limited space, only ticketed guests may enter the class area

• Pets are not allowed in the studio (hot wax, fragrances, and safety concerns)

• Participants must follow all instructor guidance for safety with hot wax and fragrance oils

Candlemaking Class Duration

• Classes typically last 1 hour

• Candles now solidify within 30 minutes

• You can take your candle home the same day—no need to wait hours!

Product Pickup & Shipping

• Same-day pickup: Candles are ready to go home within 30 minutes after pouring

• If you’re unable to stay for the full time:

  • You may return during open hours to pick up your candle

  • Or, arrange to ship anywhere in the U.S. starting at $8
